2019-CELEBRATING 20 YEARS IN BUSINESS

Life is good.  It’s busy and it goes by fast.  Maybe that’s because I’m getting older, maybe it’s just because everything is instantly available at our fingertips.  Whatever the reason, time is flying by.  The old saying is “time flies when you’re having fun”.  I would agree and looking back, seems like I’ve been having my share of fun for awhile.

2019 is a landmark year for Custom Concepts Fabrication, Inc.  This year is our 20th year in business!! A lot of things have changed since I started CCF in 1999.  Looking back some notable things we use to do were; relying on land lines to make phone calls, use a dial up service to connect to the internet, we had disposable cameras to take pictures, Blockbuster was where you went to rent a movie and the F-series Ford pickup was the best selling pickup truck(guess some things don’t change).  And those of us old enough to remember, can’t forget the Y2K scare that was on the horizon.  The other change was I stopped working for a company and started my own.

Custom Concepts has evolved and been through many changes as well over the past 20 years.  I started out in my garage with minimal equipment and one customer.  We’ve grown a lot since then, moved a few times and acquired a good amount of equipment.  We have several employees now and do as much work in a month as it took me 9-12 months to do back in the day.  We’ve been through the good and bad years and plan to be around for many more.  I credit our continued success to our loyal customers and our commitment to providing a quality product, in a reasonable time, at a fair price.

We still work with the first company we ever made a part for.  I think that says a lot about our company’s character, who we are and what was and is still important to us.  Some things change but some things never should.

To our loyal customers, thank you for all the work you trust us to produce for you.  And to all current and potential customers, you have my word we will always pay attention to quality and fine details, provide our services in the most timely manner possible and though we may not always have the lowest price, we will always be fair and appreciative of the opportunity to do the work you trust us to provide.
